Welcome to New Way Travel. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. A booking confirmation email will be sent once this is complete.
2. Pricing
Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary for private or custom itineraries and will be confirmed directly with you before booking.
3. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your travel date or group size, contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Our tour is non-cancellation, unless stated otherwise on the tour program T&C.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, applicable visas, and any required insurance. New Way Travel is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions caused by missing documentation.
6. Liability
New Way Travel arranges tours using trusted local suppliers and partners. While we take care in selecting these partners, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster or emergency, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
